- Standard Parcel Post in Australia: $9.99 AUD (2-8 business days).
- Express Parcel Post in Australia: $14.99 AUD (1-4 business days).
- International Parcel Post: Price shown at checkout.
- Small items posted in a padded envelope: $4.99 AUD (shipping time varies depending on location).

Free delivery on domestic & international orders over $150.

Delivery Address
We strongly suggest using a secure delivery address, such as your workplace, to ensure safe receipt of your order. You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
Lost or Stolen Packages or Delays
Please note:
(1) Bethlehem Olivewood cannot be held accountable for packages that are lost or stolen; and
(2) delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances and we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. natural disaster, strikes).
Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.
Import Duties and Taxes
If you purchase goods from us for delivery to a destination outside Australia your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes applied by the destination country. You are responsible for paying any such duties or taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information before making a purchase. We are not responsible for the payment of any such duties or taxes and are not liable for any failure by you to pay them.
