Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of receipt of your goods.

We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

• The goods are damaged;
  
• The goods do not match the description; or
  
• The goods are the wrong size.

Process for obtaining a refund

Send us a message using the Contact page and provide details of the order and the issue with the item. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed on our end within 48 hours using your original payment method.
